Brakes Characteristics

  • A strong structure is designed for brake assembly and design.
  • The sound level on the brakes is <70 Db.
  • High braking torque is provided for motors of different sizes.
  • Refrigerated type brakes: it helps to remove the heat generated during braking and thus minimizes the lining wear.
  • Electromagnetic winding is wrapped on the coil mold prepared from heat resistant material and maintained with polyester. (coil insulation class F-155).
  • All mechanical parts are electrolyzed and protected against corrosion.
  • Brake coil bodies are manufactured from GGG42 ductile iron casting and hysteresis losses are minimized.
  • The brakes are designed to be used by changing the interconnect flange on all types of motors.
  • The brakes can be operated in any position.
  • All the machined parts are processed on CNC machines.
  • All brakes are designed for microswitch, proxyswitch and encoder mounting.
  • The brakes are manufactured as 24 vdc and 98 vdc as standard.
  • Brakes are produced between 1 Nm to 1600 Nm in USB/UMB model, UFB/UFC between 8 Nm to 2550 Nm, UBC between 8 Nm to 500 Nm, UCB between 8 Nm to 625 Nm and Brake motor between 0.25 HP/KW to 15 HP/KW.
